Can I return my item if I don't like it?

We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged.
Please provide your receipt and photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

Please read the size guides and descriptions carefully before you place your order.

DO NOT ship your item(s) back to us as we won't be able to refund you unless 
your product is faulty or damaged. If they are you can email us with photographic proof and receipt of your order and request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Items are often made specifically for you and a lot of time, money, and resources go into getting your order to you. 

My item arrived damaged- will you ship me a new one?

In order to provide you with a new Fine Art Print 
you must ship the old one back to me. You will pay shipping for the damaged item to be returned. The Nordic Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but if the item has been damaged DURING SHIPPING we will almost certainly be able to send you a new one. 

I received a damaged item.

I received my item(s), may I exchange it/them for something different?
 

We cannot offer exchanges at this point.

If the wrong item was shipped to you, if this does happen please let us know immediately by sending us an email within 30 days from receiving your order.
We will need to see the receipt of your order and a photographic proof showing the wrong product. You may then be able to ship the wrong product back to us in Norway. You will pay shipping for the wrong item to be returned. When we receive the wrong product we will almost certainly be able to send you a new one (the correct one) or refund you. I am so excited for the day when we can offer returns/ exchanges!

If you approve for a Refund:


We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
